These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VibeOven at https://vibeoven.com (the "Service"), operated by the VibeOven team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VibeOven is an online tool that generates images from text prompts and optional reference images using third-party artificial intelligence models.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
3. Credits and payment
Generations are paid for with credits, which you buy in one-time packs. Prices are shown on the pricing page before purchase. Credit packs are not subscriptions and do not renew.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and payment-related customer service. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments' terms.
Each generation uses the number of credits shown before you start it. If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. Credits expire 365 days after the purchase in which they were granted. Expired credits cannot be used or refunded. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may refuse, remove or block any prompt, upload or output, and suspend or close accounts that break it.
6. Your content
You keep any rights you have in the prompts and images you upload. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload them and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You grant us a limited licence to store and process your uploads and outputs only as needed to run the Service, including sending them to our AI model provider to produce your output.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the outputs generated for you for any lawful purpose. AI outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection in some countries, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will refund unused credits from packs purchased in the previous 90 days.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all outputs are provided "as is". AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable, and we do not guarantee any particular result. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you use them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Credits in accounts terminated for a breach are forfeited.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will apply only after we notify you.
